Ever since the first call, to coming in for my appt. on 6/20 the front desk receptionist, & of course Dr. Haynes were exceptional. I definitely made the right choice in choosing this office for my foot care needs.

From scheduling my first appointment to present, my experience with his staff and Dr. Belnap have been supreme! They're accommodating for scheduling and friendly. I originally went in to see about getting the lapiplasty for my bunions, and found out I have fallen arches. Considering this is the second Podiatrist I've seen (in the last 3 months) I was very surprised. I would have thought the first doctor would have told me this. Dr. Belnap highly suggested I focus on fixing the fallen arches since that was the majority of my pain and after that was 'fixed' we could move forward with the lapiplasty. He encouraged me not to do fallen arch surgery, but to fix it non surgically. After doing my research, I TOTALLY agreed with Dr. Belnap suggestion. His 'bedside' manner is relaxed, friendly, professional, and caring. His staff have similar mannerisms, which make visits so pleasant! Thank you Dr. Belnap and staff for all you do!

I went here after having a dismissive and discriminating experience with another different podiatrist and clinic. As you can imagine, I was nervous that I would face the same trauma again. I'm grateful to say my experience with Dr. Williams and Elite Foot & Ankle Associates was the opposite of that. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate and examine my foot and ankle concerns. He took the time to explain his assessment, provide education, and share treatment options. In fact, I found him to be quite collaborative in his treatment plan options, checking in to learn what my personal preferences were given those options. I encourage anyone who experiences anti-fat and gender bias in the medical field to consider getting your foot and ankle needs here. Thank you for the healing experience.

I have had two surgeries. This time was so much easier than the first time. I had very little pain and I could walk almost right away!

My sister and I both had bunion surgery at the same time, but she can’t understand why I can wear my heels with no problem and how I recovered so fast.

My husband and I both felt my foot looked so much better after my Lapiplasty® surgery. Much better than expected.

Ingrown toenails
Issue resolved! Had basically no pain without pain meds the day after surgery. Nice Dr., explains everything, good conversation, took care of my medical needs. No regrets about procedure.

Have a fractured ankle
He’s so far one of the best foot Dr. That I have seen. When I was in Phoenix, Arizona the dr there wasn’t as caring as Dr. Haynes. Glad to be one of his patient’s. Plus his staff are very nice..

Dr. Haynes, came to take care of my foot while I was in the hospital,and also did surgery on my foot. He was so caring and easy to talk to. The visit to the clinic went great, both he and his staff are caring and helpful.
